Account & Registration
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
- Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
- Multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.
Profile & Content
- CVs and profile information must be truthful and lawful.
- Impersonation or uploading harmful or offensive content is prohibited.
- Users are fully responsible for the content they upload.
Platform Use
- The platform may only be used for job searching and applications.
- Automated data extraction or content copying is prohibited.
- Illegal or unauthorized commercial use is not allowed.
Privacy
- Personal data is processed according to Mansab’s Privacy Policy.
- Users may edit or delete their accounts at any time.
Liability
- Mansab acts only as an intermediary between employers and applicants.
- Mansab does not guarantee employment opportunities.
- Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Account Termination
- Mansab may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
- Users may delete their accounts at any time.
2. Employers & Companies
Registration
- Companies must be legally registered entities.
- Accurate company information and documents must be provided.
Job Listings
- Job advertisements must be genuine, accurate, and lawful.
- Discriminatory or misleading job posts are prohibited.
- Employers must remove or update expired vacancies.
Candidate Data
- Candidate data may only be used for recruitment purposes.
- Sharing applicant data without consent is prohibited.
- Employers must protect and securely handle applicant information.
Payments
- Employers must pay applicable subscription or service fees.
- Fees are generally non-refundable.
- Mansab may suspend services for overdue payments.
Intellectual Property
- Mansab retains ownership of the platform and its branding.
- Companies retain ownership of their uploaded content.
Prohibited Activities
- Fake job postings and charging applicants fees are prohibited.
- Unauthorized extraction or misuse of platform data is prohibited.
Liability
- Mansab is not responsible for hiring outcomes or candidate suitability.
- The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
3. General Provisions
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
- Mansab may update these terms with prior notice.
- Mansab is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
