Mansab is committed to providing its services with transparency and high quality standards. All payments and subscriptions are subject to the following terms:
1. Fees & Subscriptions
- Service and subscription fees are charged in advance based on the selected plan.
- All prices are displayed in Omani Rial unless otherwise stated.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
- Payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated, job listings have been published, or any platform service has been used.
- Users are not entitled to refunds for unused or partially used services.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
Mansab may, at its sole discretion, approve refunds in cases including:
- Technical errors or duplicate charges.
- Failure to provide the service due to a platform-related technical issue.
- Any other cases deemed eligible by Mansab.
4. Refund Requests
- Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the payment date.
- Requests will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Policy Updates
Mansab reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any future updates.
